Free Shipping — Always

Every THRILL+ order ships free, including track & trace. No minimum. No surprises at checkout. Note that some regions do require extra shipping cost due to the location and the high shipping cost attacked to to them. 

We believe the price you see is the price you pay. Order with confidence.

Delivery Times by Region

Delivery times are counted in business days from the moment your order is dispatched not from when you place your order. Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. During peak periods (sale events, holidays) delivery times may be slightly longer. We will communicate any delays proactively.

Order Tracking

Every THRILL+ order comes with a track & trace code. Here is how it works:

  1. You place your order on thrill-plus.com
  2. We process and dispatch your order within 1–2 business days
  3. You receive a shipping confirmation email with your personal tracking link
  4. Click the link to follow your order in real time
  5. Your order arrives at your door within the estimated delivery window

If you have not received a tracking email within 3 business days of placing your order, please check your spam folder first. If it is not there, contact us at support@thrill-plus.com and we will look into it immediately.

Order Processing

Orders placed before 12:00 (noon) on a business day are typically processed the same day. Orders placed after 12:00 or on weekends and public holidays are processed the next business day.

Once an order has been dispatched, we are unable to modify the delivery address or cancel the order. If you need to make changes, please contact us as soon as possible at support@thrill-plus.com and we will do our best to help before dispatch.

Subscription Orders

If you have an active THRILL+ subscription, your recurring orders follow the same shipping process and delivery times as listed above. You will receive a separate shipping confirmation and tracking link for each delivery. You can manage, pause, or cancel your subscription at any time through your account.

Customs & Import Duties (Non-EU Orders)

For orders shipped outside the European Union including the United Kingdom, United States, Canada, and Australia your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees upon arrival in your country.

These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer. THRILL+ has no control over these fees and cannot predict their amount. We recommend checking with your local customs office if you have questions before placing your order.

Please note: if a package is refused due to unpaid customs duties, the order cannot be refunded.

Incorrect Delivery Address

Please double-check your delivery address before completing your order. THRILL+ is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

If you notice an error in your address immediately after placing your order, contact us at support@thrill-plus.com as quickly as possible. We will do our best to correct it before dispatch, but we cannot guarantee changes once the order is being processed.

Lost or Delayed Orders

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please take the following steps:

  • Check your tracking link for the latest update
  • Check if a delivery attempt was made and a note was left
  • Check with neighbors or your building's reception if applicable

If your tracking shows no movement for more than 5 business days, or if your order is significantly overdue, contact us at support@thrill-plus.com. We will investigate with the carrier and make it right.
